What energizes him the most, what principles he considers key in his work, and how he would spend a year off, Norbert Janíček revealed in an interview.
How long have you been working at INSEKO and what impressed you most about this company?
I have been working at INSEKO since 2016. What impressed me about this company was the innovativeness and meaningfulness of the projects that help its customers be among the best on the market.
How would you describe your role in the company?
I manage projects for customers to increase the efficiency of production facilities. I am informed about all steps in the project and ensure that customer expectations are met within the agreed timeframe.
What motivates you on days when things don’t go exactly according to plan?
Every dance or show has a beginning and an end. It is a rule that in our latitudes the sun rises every day. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities for further or new fulfillment.
What do you value most about your colleagues?
I especially appreciate their professionalism and determination.
Is there anything at work that can drive you crazy?
In my personal and professional life, I have experienced many situations in which I have faced difficult and fundamental decisions. I try to approach solutions analytically, continuously evaluating possible, even less likely, risks. Never say never, but I believe that if it comes, or better said, when it comes, I will be ready to face it.
What activity helps you recharge your batteries the most outside of work?
Family and active sports.
What values and principles do you consider most important in your work and personal life?
Trying to understand and empathize with others so I can better help and support.
If you had a whole year off, what would you do?
What to do with all that time? I would dedicate it to family, painting, and calisthenics.
