Machines are more powerful than people in many areas, and the roles of our associates in enterprises are changing to co-entrepreneurs, integrators, analysts, coaches, talent managers.
We know that the performance of companies depends more on people than on technology. As technology becomes more accessible, people with the necessary habits and knowledge are in short supply. Industrial engineers are becoming HR managers and HR managers are becoming industrial engineers with a common goal – to create the conditions for long-term prosperity in the company, to find the optimal connection between machines and people at work.
In the past, we have met in various forums and exchanged experiences in the field of industrial engineering and people management. We learned from our professors – Edvard Leeder, Antonín Zelenka, Milan Vytlačil, Ján Štefánik, Eva Slamková, Alexander Linczényi, Jozef Sáblik, Ján Buda, Ján Békés, Štefan Kassay, František Trnka and others. We also remember many practitioners from companies – Milan Lukáč, Jirko Jabůrk, Štefan Rosina, Jozef Uhrík and others.
In the days 26. – 27. 4. 2023, the Czech-Slovak Forum of Industrial Engineers and Personnel Managers will take place in Žilina on the following topics:
- New challenges for industrial engineering and new requirements for industrial engineers and collaborators
- New methods and practices in industrial engineering
- Sharing the biggest mistakes and errors in industrial engineering and staffing
- Examples of projects from which we can take inspiration and learn
- A showcase of modern tools for increasing labour productivity
- Motivation and training of co-workers and new organisational structures in companies
We are a partner of the Czech-Slovak Forum of Industrial Engineers and Personnel Managers, organised by IPA.
