A word with project manager Róbert Hajduk

Since 2017, she has been an integral part of the INSEKO team, dedicated to project management and communication with customers on selected projects.

He values in his colleagues the will to overcome even technically demanding challenges and the willingness to deliver a functional solution. Róbert Hajduk told us about what motivates him and what can drive him crazy, and how he would spend a year off.

How long have you been part of INSEKO and what attracted you to this company?

I have been working at INSEKO since 2017. I was attracted by the openness and flexibility that are possible in smaller companies.

What are your main responsibilities at work and how does your day go?

My main tasks include managing projects internally and communicating with customers about the project status and further development of the system. Every working day is different – sometimes everything goes according to plan, other times it is necessary to adapt.

What do you consider to be the biggest challenge in your work and what motivates you?

The biggest challenge is the ongoing SSD upgrade, which will take more than a year. In my work, I am motivated by building long-term and fair relationships with the customer, but also with our INSEKO team.

What are you most proud of in your team and what are the strengths of your colleagues?

I am proud of the good relationships we have with our customers based on the quality of our work. We have long-term cooperation with many of them, we know each other and trust each other. My colleagues excel in their determination to deliver a functional solution, even if it is technically very challenging.

Is there anything at work that really drives you crazy?

Yes, when someone shows an unwillingness to communicate and follow through on things.

What is your ideal way to relax?

I prefer to relax in silence on the terrace at home.

What would your perfect vacation look like?

I would like to visit London with my wife or return to Rome again.

What would you do if you had a whole year off?

I would definitely do gardening, traveling, and reading.

What don't you know about him?
