Maintenance Day 2025 in Rajecké Teplice is fast approaching – and this year it is once again being organized by IPA Slovakia, a long-standing leader in industrial enterprise development and process improvement.
The initiative and professional management of the event is led by Ľudovít Boledovič, one of the main lecturers and founder of this tradition. He specializes in implementing process improvement systems, maintenance, quick changeover of machines and lines (SMED), as well as analysis and optimization of production processes. His many years of practical experience guarantee a high-quality program that provides concrete solutions that can be immediately applied in your operations.
What awaits you
The first block will be led by Ľudovít Boledovič, who will guide you through an analysis of the root causes of failures and show you how to set up procedures to prevent problems from recurring. Our experts Ladislav Belanec and Oliver Kontrík from INSEKO will also share their practical experience.
During the practical workshop, you will design and prepare a fault resolution system that you can immediately implement in your company.
The second block will focus on digitization and artificial intelligence in maintenance. You will learn how AI can analyze faults, predict their occurrence, and support decision-making. Lukáš Hostačný from IPA Slovakia, together with Miroslav Marek and Jan Bruk from EDMUND, will provide practical demonstrations and real-world applications of modern technologies.
The workshop will help participants identify specific steps for implementing digitization and AI into maintenance processes.
This day will not only be about technology, but also about people, experiences, and inspiration.
You will meet experts from the field, make new contacts, and gain insights that could fundamentally change your approach to maintenance.
