At the eighth meeting on 24 October 2024 in Rajecké Teplice, the main topic was Spare Parts Optimisation and Management. The regular maintenance meetings are conducted in the form of workshops based on the idea of gaining inspiration, solution guides and practical experience.
The event also provided space for informal conversations and networking. In addition to the lectures, the programme also included two workshops involving participants. There was also a joint lunch, presentation of results and discussion. Meetings for maintenance managers, technical managers, technicians and maintenance foremen are held twice a year, always on topical issues in the field.
