After previous projects in the field of maintenance and asset management, in the past period we focused on expanding solutions to include mobile applications, analysis of production data and pilot measurement of the efficiency of production lines.
We digitize maintenance and logistics
We have followed up on the already implemented maintenance module in the IFS system by deploying our iWi solution – mobile maintenance. Thanks to it, SPUR has an overview of maintenance tasks directly in the field, data collection has been simplified, and the maintenance itself is more ergonomic and faster. The result is better care for production equipment, fewer unplanned downtimes, and higher technology reliability.
At the same time, we developed our own mobile application KOLOSS (COMPLEX LOGISTIC SYSTEM SPUR) for SPUR, which helps automate and streamline internal logistics processes.
We are launching the measurement of overall production efficiency (OEE)
We are currently preparing a pilot project to measure the efficiency of production equipment on two lines – in the lamination of kitchen profiles and on the PET sheet extrusion line. Thanks to the OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) measurement, SPUR will gain a detailed overview of downtime, losses and equipment utilization.
We follow this up by deploying the PMT order module thanks to integration with the IFS ERP system. The PMT cycle time analysis module allows us to analyze cycle times in detail and identify areas with potential for improvement. The collected data will become the basis for revising standards and optimizing production processes.
“Our solution also works as an early warning system – thanks to production data, we can identify emerging problems in time and minimize the risk of failures,” explains Norbert Janíček, INSEKO project manager.
Visualizations that help manage production
The solution also includes Digital Shop Floor Management – clear visualizations of performance indicators that simplify decision-making for managers and help operators respond to the current situation in production.
In the future, we plan to deploy other modules, such as autonomous maintenance and digital documentation.
