Previously, it faced problems such as the absence of electronic records, incompatibility of production and maintenance, and lack of integration with the ERP system.
Today, the PMT system covers 12 forging lines, CNC machines, workshops and maintenance. Automated data collection, visualization of production processes and connection to ERP have improved planning, reduced downtime and increased efficiency. Paperless production and mobile solutions allow quick access to data, thereby increasing employee performance and optimizing operating costs.
